The client revisited their website, originally developed by a different agency, with the aim of improving UX and optimisation, seeking integrate branding elements to instill trust to drive customer conversions.
Better UX, basic Website Optimisation, incorporating Branding and Conversion Optimisation.
- No handover from the previous designer,
- Minimal alterations to the current model,
- Tight 20-days deadline for launch,
- Limited resources for research,
- Conversion optimisation issues and setting up branding.
Model : Lean UX (Create-Think-Make) - for iterations on-the-go.
Platform : WordPress and WooCommerce
Keeping the requirements in mind, I divided the tasks into UX, Branding, and Optimisation and Functionalities.
After an intensive 20-days endeavour, I successfully addressed and implemented all of the client's specified requests and requirements.

Resolution:
- Enabled SSL certificates.
- Redirected all HTTP urls to HTTPs with updation in .htaccess and sitemap.
Why:
- HTTPS is the Google ranking factor since 2014, without it e-commerce sites can't make sales.
- Boost Conversion/Trust Optimisation.
Resolution:
- Defined the website branding, keeping the target audience in mind which are Gen Z and Millennials.
- I defined branding for Website hence only Font type, Font size, CTAs and Color theme.
- Favicon added, helps in brand retention among visitors.
Why:
- Without branding and a distinctive vibe, a business faces difficulty in resonate effectively with its target audience.
Challenge:- With Login and Register separate columns created redundancy and confusion.
- Users faced login issues and forgotten password issues.

Why: - The handy customer support goes long-way in building trust and providing comfort to unhappy customers.
- Highkeyy's metrics is measured on the basis of their social presence graph and the order graphs.
- Since Highkeyy doesn't have SEO functionality enabled, we measured the Website success with their products sales.
- We have been in talks of improvising the SEO of the website and moving the platform to Shopify once a set of sales are achieved.
Instagram:
- Highkeyy's Official Insta Channel acquired 2k followers, with boosted engagement.
- The optimised website empowers founders to kickstart sales via social media channels, which added as one of their source of selling.
